This is not meant to be morbid, or some sociological study on the cultures of those forgotten because really there is nothing to analyze. If a tree falls in the forest, did it make a sound? If a single man with no attachment to the rest of the world has a break from reality and steps into his own mind only to find that he is alone there as well and cannot get out then goes ballistic and gets lost in the forest, did it really happen? The accounts of history or events in general only occur when it effects others. First hand accounts of mental breaks from reality are discredited because the person usually is no longer alive to defend them. I did not see that elephant as purple, it was magenta. Soon enough it’s a fantasy book being published by Ronald Dahl and he wins another prize. The winners always write the history books. People’s lives are recounted and the names, events and locations are changed to protect the innocent from taking credit.
